Terms & Conditions
The Red Bull Singapore “DRINK & REDEEM” Consumer Campaign is organised by Allswell Trading Pte Ltd, 41, Sunset Way, #02-05 Clementi Arcade, Singapore 597071 (“The Organizer”).
By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other rules applicable to the campaign. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the campaign, and any premiums won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
1.Duration
This Campaign starts on 01st October 2024 and ends on 31st December 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or shorten the Campaign Period at any time without any prior notice to any party (“the Extended Period”). Unless the new Campaign Period is announced, any entries received after the end of the Campaign Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the campaign during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall remain in full force and effect.
2.Eligibility
The Campaign is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment Pass Holders and Work Permit Holders aged 18 and above as of 1st Jan 2024. Employees of The Organizer, its related companies and agencies and appointed distributors are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Participants under the age of 18 years old as at 1st Jan 2024 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this campaign, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.
Each participant represents and warrants that all information provided during registration for the campaign are true and correct. Any misrepresentation could result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any premiums won.

2.Register your account with your personal particulars (First and Last Name, Age, Gender, Email Address, Contact Number) on www.redbullpromotion.com/loyalty and upload your receipt.
•One Can of Red Bull Purchase will be rewarded with one point upon approval. o6 x One Can of Red Bull Purchase will still only be rewarded with 6 points.
•6s Bundle Red Bull Purchase will be rewarded with 8 points upon approval.
3.Different Red Bull Premiums will be released out on different dates starting from November 2024 for redemption. There is a limited quantity of each exclusive premiums, and they are while stocks last.
4.Last day of redemption is on 31 December 2024.
The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is in breach of Clause 3 and/or found or suspected of cheating in the campaign.
By participating in the campaign, each participant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions contained therein.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the premiums with items of equivalent value without prior notice.
Premiums are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Campaign winner(s) are solely responsible for the collection of their premium(s).
All campaign winner(s) must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the premiums and the terms and conditions attached to the premiums, if any.
The Organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the premiums and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.
In the event a campaign winner(s) chooses not to accept a premium, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that premium and the premium will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer.
All premiums are accepted entirely at the risk of the campaign winner(s), and the Organizer excludes all liabilities, representation and warranties in connection with any premium to the extent permitted by law. Campaign winner(s) shall comply with the terms and conditions of each premium.
All brands, names and trademarks associated with or used to describe some of the premiums are owned by their respective owners. The Organizer and its affiliates are not related to, connected to or associated with these parties in any way.
Images of the premiums used on the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and does not necessarily reflect the actual premiums.
2.Winning Criteria
In order to win the campaign, the participants are required to comply with Clause 3 (How to participate).
The campaign’s winning mechanics to be determined by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to amend and change the campaign’s winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
All premium winners will need to present their account on the microsite with their username to claim their premium. If any of these is not presented for premium collection, Organiser reserves the right to withhold premium till they are presented or failing which, disqualify the participant.
All of the Organizer's decisions in connection with this campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding and the participants agree to abide by the Organizer's decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this campaign. By participating in this campaign, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with the campaign.
3.Notifications of Premium Collection
The Organizer will notify campaign winner(s) via campaign microsite. Winners will be directed to a winner page based on their premium won where they will need to confirm their details. The Organiser will contact the winners via email pending verification.
The Organizer, its partners and its sponsor(s) (if any) will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the campaign winner(s).
The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of campaign winner(s) and the campaign winner(s) agree and authorize that the Organizer may provide all necessary information of the campaign winner(s) to such third party for the aforesaid purposes.
All premiums which are not claimed within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the campaign result(s) by the Organizer to the campaign winner(s) shall be forfeited. Premiums are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Campaign winner(s) are solely responsible for the collection of their premium(s).

4.Publicity
The Organizer shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the campaign winner(s) and photographs/content submitted by the participants for the campaign as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the campaign winner(s) and the campaign winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Organizer or its affiliates.
By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have given your consent to photography and/or videography of the premium presentation for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
5.Liability
The campaign winner(s) shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this campaign, redemption and/or usage of the premiums. The Organizer or its affiliates shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this campaign and to redeem the premiums are the sole responsibility of the participants.
6.Suspension
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this campaign if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered, or corrupted or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer, despite the best efforts of the Organizer.
7.Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign without prior notice.
8.Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Organizer retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property used for this campaign and owns the copyright to all contents within.
9.Consent to Personal Data Usage for Marketing and Promotional Materials Distribution
By submitting your campaign entry, you agree that Allswell Trading Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012:
a.to administer this campaign, including to contact you for the administration of premiums in relation to this campaign.
b.for the provision and distribution of marketing and promotional materials in relation to this campaign and for future promotions related to Allswell Trading.
