Terms & Conditions
The Red Bull Singapore “‘Work Smart, Live Hard’ Corporate Social Media Contest” is organized by Allswell Trading Pte Ltd, 41, Sunset Way, #02-05 Clementi Arcade, Singapore 597071 (“The Organiser”).
1. Duration
1.1 This Contest begins on 15 July 2019 and ends at 2359hrs (11:59pm, Singapore Time - GMT +8) on 30 September 2019 (“Contest Period”).
1.2 The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice to any party (“the Extended Period”). Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the end of the Contest Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Contest is open to Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment Pass Holders and Work Permit Holders aged 18 and above as of 15 July 2019. Employees of The Organiser, its related companies and agencies and appointed distributors are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Participants under the age of 18 years old as at 15 July 2019 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this Contest, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.
3. Contest Mechanics
3.1 This Contest applies for the following Red Bull Singapore social media platforms:
a) Red Bull Singapore Facebook page (https://facebook.com/RedBullSingapore/)
b) Red Bull Singapore Instagram account (https://instagram.com/RedBullSingapore)
3.2 How to participate:
3.2.1 Submit a photo of you and your colleagues at an office venue;
The contest entry must comply with the requirement below to qualify:
3.2.1.1 All submission must feature the following:
- Take a photo with your colleagues using props from the Red Bull Plus Survival Kit
- Tag @RedBullSingapore + your company + your colleagues in the photo
- Comment on the best example of “working smart” you have seen
- Hashtag #RedBullPlusWorkSmart
3.2.1.2 All participants must “Like” Red Bull Singapore Facebook (https://facebook.com/RedBullSingapore/) or “Follow” Red Bull Singapore Instagram page (https://instagram.com/RedBullSingapore) to qualify.
3.2.1.3 Entry must be posted to the above social media platforms by 30 September 2019 2359hrs (11:59pm GMT +8) to qualify.
3.2.1.4 Subject to full compliance of contest requirement, the company with the most tagged mentions wins the Contest.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is in breach of Clause 3 and/or found or suspected of cheating in the Contest.
3.4 By participating in the Contest, each participant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions contained therein.
4. Contest Prizes
4.1 The Contest will have one winner:
a) One (1) year supply of Red Bull Plus for winning company’s office pantry, capped at 60 cartons.
4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent value without prior notice.
4.3 All prizes which are not claimed within twenty-one (21) working days from the date of notification of the Contest result(s) by the Organiser to the Contest winner(s) shall be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest winner(s) are solely responsible for the collection of their prize(s).
4.4 All Contest winner(s) must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
4.5 The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.
4.6 In the event a Contest winner(s) chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
4.7 All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner(s), and the Organiser excludes all liabilities, representation and warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winner(s) shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.
4.8 All brands, names and trademarks associated with or used to describe some of the prizes are owned by their respective owners. The Organiser and its affiliates are not related to, connected to or associated with these parties in any way.
4.9 Images of the prizes used on the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual prizes.
5. Judging / Winning Criteria
5.1 In order to win the Contest, the participants are required to comply with Clause 3.2 (How to participate).
5.2 Subject to Clause 5.4, the Organiser will draw the winner(s) at the end of the Contest Period, unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
5.3 The Contest’s winning mechanics to be determined by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Contest’s winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
5.4 Contest winner(s) will be selected and announced within the next five (5) days from the end of the Contest Period.
5.5 All of the Organiser's decisions in connection with this Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding and the participants agree to abide by the Organiser's decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Contest. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organiser in connection with the Contest.
6. Notifications of Contest winner(s) and Prize Collection
6.1 The Organiser will notify the respective HR/Admin department of Contest winner(s) via email.
6.2 The Organiser, its partners and its sponsor(s) (if any) will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the Contest winner(s).
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winner(s) and the Contest winner(s) agree and authorise that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of the Contest winner(s) to such third party for the aforesaid purposes.
6.4 All prizes which are not claimed within twenty-one (21) days from the date of notification of the Contest result(s) by the Organiser to the Contest winner(s) shall be forfeited. 7.1 The Organiser shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Contest winner(s) and photographs/content submitted by the participants for the Contest as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the Contest winner(s) and the Contest winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Organiser or its affiliates.
7.2 By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have given your consent to photography and/or videography of the prize presentation for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
7.3 By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have given your consent to post-prize presentation photography/videography of the prize utilization for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
8. Liability
8.1 The Contest winner(s) shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser or its affiliates shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.
8.2 All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants.
9. Suspension
9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
10. Organiser’s Rights
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property used for this Contest and owns the copyright to all contents within.
12. Personal Data Protection Act
12.1 By entering into the Contest, all participants of the Contest consent to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for the running of the Contest and or any events or publicity of the Contest in any form or through any media.
12.2 The participants acknowledges that the Organiser is authorised to process the personal data provided pursuant to this contest in accordance to its privacy policy at http://www.allswellsingapore.com/pdpa

3. Contest Mechanics
3.1 This Contest applies for the following platform:
a) Red Bull ‘Count The Red Bull Plus Cans’ Display Structure at Our Tampines Hub, Lobby J
3.2 How to participate:
3.2.1 LOCATE the display structure; COUNT the correct number of cans, SCAN the QR code on display structure to submit your entry via portal;
The contest entry must comply with the requirement below to qualify:
3.2.1.1 Full personal particulars (Full Name as per NRIC/Passport, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender and Contact Number) of the participant must be clearly indicated.
3.2.1.2 Indicate the correct number of Red Bull Plus cans displayed.
3.2.1.3 Answer a simple question in entry form.
3.2.1.4 Entry must be submitted by 13 September 2019 2359hrs (11:59pm GMT +8) to qualify.
3.2.1.5 Should there be more than one (1) correct guess, the Organiser shall award prizes based on earliest submission timing. Should there be no correct guess, the Organiser shall award prizes based on closest guess and earliest submission timing.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is in breach of Clause 3 and/or found or suspected of cheating in the Contest.
3.4 By participating in the Contest, each participant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions contained therein.
4. Contest Prizes
